We do not operate a returns policy as our products are fresh, however if you are not happy with an item you have received we will do our best to ensure you are a happy customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If you are not happy with your products you have received please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue. rather than returns we would like to see pictures to help us improve our service and help out this time. Once you have received photos and we agree that your product is not up to standard we will gladly refund.
